Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor

Are you a proactive and hands-on Dispatch Supervisor with solid experience in warehousing and logistics? Our client, a leading FMCG company based in Cape Town, is looking for a reliable team player to join their fast-paced environment on a permanent basis.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Overseeing daily dispatch operations to ensure timeous and accurate delivery of goods
2. Leading a team within the dispatch and warehouse function
3. Coordinating and tracking inventory movement and stock levels
4. Ensuring all dispatch documentation is accurate and aligned with system entries
5. Liaising with internal teams and transport service providers
6. Working on Sage Pastel to manage dispatch and stock records

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a supervisory dispatch or warehouse role (FMCG experience preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Sage Pastel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
