Dispatch and Logistics Manager

DC Meat Wholesalers Paarl is seeking a reliable Dispatch and Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of the dispatch area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, inventory controls, and FIFO principles.
2. Supervise dispatch staff, including drivers, loaders, stock coordinators, and general workers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Control stock volumes, conduct weekly stock takes, and ensure accurate loading and dispatching of stock. Monitor variance reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Plan daily truck routes efficiently.
5. Manage fleet operations, including monitoring vehicle maintenance.
