What you’ll do as a Director of Program Management Operations

  • Train and develop leadership skills within the team (Supervisors, Managers, and Area Managers), emphasizing safety and engagement
  • Participate in new market startups, focusing on hiring and developing local management
  • Manage continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency across multiple business lines
  • Plan and implement operational projects impacting company results
  • Align and manage project tasks and deliverables to meet business goals
  • Track and report on training, development, and project progress, ensuring timely execution
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
  • Balance project constraints effectively
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • This role requires up to 75% travel

What you’ll need

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in construction, engineering, or telecommunications, managing large-scale, complex projects with customer-facing responsibilities
  • Extensive change management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, team-building, delegation, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings
  • Project coordination skills focusing on day-to-day tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Strong time management and goal-setting skills
  • Experience maintaining formalized process documentation, including quality control and assurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools

Additional qualifications

  • Language skills: Ability to read, comprehend, write, and present information effectively
  • Reasoning ability: Capable of analyzing complex problems and following strategic instructions
  • Working conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, including extended hours during peak seasons

The expected annual salary range is $125,000 - $135,000.
