A leading municipality in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a strategic leader for organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement. This role involves designing key policies and providing advice on performance management and human resources development, aimed at enhancing service delivery objectives.
Plans, leads and directs the Organisation Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement functionality for the Municipality through the design, development and alignment of Performance Management / Organisational Development / Strategic Planning (Change Management / Business System Analysis) policies, procedures, systems and controls guiding management advisory / consulting interventions, applications and outcomes
and providing strategic advice on review of business plans with respect to Human Resources Development and Business Systems aimed at supporting the accomplishment of the Municipality's key performance areas and service delivery objectives.
