About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Director to lead and transform outbound and intra-warehouse operations for a major manufacturing and distribution company headquartered in Caribbean. This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a high-impact leadership role, driving operational excellence and digital innovation across a large-scale warehousing environment.

This is a full time international post with relocation assistance provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Set and execute the strategic vision for warehouse operations, aligning with the broader logistics and outbound goals of the organization.
• People Management: Lead, develop, and inspire a large team, including direct reports overseeing a workforce of over 500 full-time staff and third-party contractors.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day warehouse functions to ensure efficient flow of goods, maximize productivity, and uphold high-performance standards.
• Digital Transformation: Spearhead the digitalization of warehouse processes as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Advanced Warehouse Management System (D365).
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve warehousing systems, workflows, and performance metrics to support scalability and cost-efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in large-scale warehouse and distribution operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated success in digital transformation initiatives, especially involving Microsoft D365 (Advanced WMS) or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics, inventory control, and lean methodologies.
• Ability to lead large, diverse teams with a focus on coaching, development, and performance management.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
