The Chobani Sales Director (Sam's Club) will lead the strategy, business development, and execution for the Sam's Club yogurt business. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Commercial Development, Customer Finance, Supply Chain, and New Product Development to craft and implement a successful plan for this strategic account.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and lead Chobani's go-to-market strategy at Sam's Club to meet volume and revenue goals.
  2. Create, plan, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve volume, profit, and shopper engagement targets.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and aligning with internal KPIs.
  4. Act as the internal voice for Sam's Club, providing insights and actionable recommendations based on customer, consumer, and competitor data.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate volume and trade forecasts.
  6. Develop sales materials that effectively communicate value to Sam's Club buying teams.
  7. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Sam's Club's internal structure, practices, and strategies.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years in consumer packaged goods, including Sales and/or Category Management.
  • Customer experience is required; prior experience with Sam's Club is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in reporting tools like IRI and Nielsen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel up to 25%.
