Director of Rewards and Talent Operations

Our Talent team is expanding with the growth of On, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us as the Director of Total Rewards & Talent Operations. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership and innovative HR management. You will influence global total rewards and mobility strategies, ensure alignment of Talent Operations, and oversee EMEA Talent Operations & Lifecycle support. We seek someone passionate about leadership, data analytics, project management, and operational excellence.

Your Mission
  1. Mentor and develop teams in Total Rewards, Global Mobility, EMEA Talent Operations, and Talent Lifecycle.
  2. Lead cross-functional projects to achieve operational excellence and a seamless talent experience.
  3. Improve workflows with automation, focusing on Payroll, Rewards, Mobility, Fleet Management, and new entity setup.
  4. Evaluate mobility programs, practices, and legal considerations to deliver premium service.
  5. Support the development of global compensation and benefits strategies.
  6. Align efforts between Rewards and Talent Operations, ensuring collaboration on key processes.
  7. Contribute to retail growth by scaling Rewards and Talent Operations.
  8. Set strategic priorities annually to support long-term goals.
  9. Build relationships with leadership, partners, and teams.
Your Profile
  1. 8+ years leading teams in Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, and Talent Operations, with experience in international environments.
  2. Experience managing multiple teams in a hyper-growth, preferably US-listed, company.
  3. Knowledge of equity awards and tax implications.
  4. Strong data handling, analysis, and recommendation skills.
  5. Excellent project management, resourcefulness, and flexibility.
  6. Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  7. Effective communication skills to illustrate benefits and value.
  8. Ability to navigate global and regional priorities appropriately.
  9. Proficiency in balancing multiple priorities and adapting to scope changes.
