We have a brand new opportunity for a supportive and collaborative leader to join our Global Service Centre(GSC)! As the Director of the GSC,you will lead the strategic development, operational execution, and cultural engagement of Acacium Group'sSouth African delivery centre. This pivotal role is responsible for driving performance to support our ambition to improve people’s lives through expert healthcare, social care and life sciences by ensuring alignment with global objectives while promoting Acacium Group'svalues, culture, and service excellence across all teams.

Every day you will…

  • Oversee the execution of the GSC’s business activities in the country, ensuring that the companies under the GSC adhere to corporate policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards from a local standpoint
  • Lead and oversee the full operational delivery of the GSC, ensuring excellence in service quality, performance outcomes, and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior executives and key stakeholders within the AG on country culture and alignment with company values
  • Provide strategic leadership across offshore operations, integrating agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee the recruitment, mentoring, and development of cross-functional teams; embed a high-performance, values-based culture
  • Assist, collaborate and advise on team utilisation, capacity planning, and service line profitability, to help ensure delivery within budgeted opex and targeted revenue objectives
  • Monitor and refine KPIs in collaboration with delivery and HR teams and ensure timely reporting and performance updates to senior leadership
