Thusa Batho Labour Solutions Pty Ltd. is seeking a senior corporate services professional to lead HRM, IT, records, facilities and communications for the Inkomati-Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA) in Mpumalanga.

The role requires 8–10 years in Corporate Services with 5+ years in management, plus a four-year administration qualification and a valid driver’s license. The successful candidate will drive policy compliance, ICT governance, and risk management across the agency.

Qualifications

• Four-year qualification in Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years in Corporate Services including 5+ years in senior/management level.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR policies and HRM strategy alignment with IUCMA.
• Provide ICT policy, security and governance oversight.
• Lead enterprise risk management, insurance and business continuity.
• Prepare and present reports to the Governing Board on strategies and activities.
• Oversee corporate communications and marketing strategies.
