My client is looking for a Director of Consulting & Analytics.

This is a senior leadership role within the SubSaharan Africa consulting team. The Director will be responsible for delivering strategic datadriven solutions through a consultative approach focusing on new product development customer lifecycle management digital innovation and risk. This role also includes driving the growth of the Digital and Commercial practice areas business development and project delivery across SubSaharan Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement datadriven consulting programs for clients focusing on new products strategy digital and commercial service lines.
• Resolve complex strategic issues and create roadmaps for client program delivery.
• Lead large multimarket projects ensuring synergies across multiple teams and affiliates.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Marketing and Client Services to deliver seamless consulting experiences.
• Drive business development through consultative sales and project delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and promote global best practices.
• Manage project budgets resources and deliverables in line with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and risk management protocols.

Qualifications & Experience :

• 12 years of experience in financial services or consulting with a focus on payments banking or retail.
• Strong client management and consulting skills with the ability to influence senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with superior project management skills.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment with crossfunctional teams.
• Fluency in English required; French is a plus.

Leadership Skills :

• Demonstrates integrity and a constructive approach to business challenges.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead change management initiatives.
• Strong problemsolving decisionmaking and team management skills.

Additional Information :

• Hybrid position with 23 office days per week.
• Consulting experience is an absolute must.
