Qualifications

• Master’s degree in humanities or social sciences; PhD would be an advantage.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including strategic direction of community engagement.
• At least 4 years of senior leadership/management experience.
• Fundraising experience, including ability to write proposals and manage donors.
• Ability to teach, write academically and publish.
• Sound understanding of community development.
• Financial management and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of the Higher Education sector is an advantage.
