Overview

A 5-Star hotel with +/-140 rooms, a lounge, 2 bars, two fine dining restaurants, and banqueting for 400 is looking for a Director of Catering. Must have events management experience with a strong background in events, weddings and conferences. Must have 5* Food and Beverage management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the Catering sales revenues and oversee the Catering Department, including areas of the hotel where group and private events take place.
• Maintain and uphold the company standards in respect of quantity, quality and service for all catering operations.

• 5* Food and Beverage management experience.
