Our nationally significant collection highlights the creativity and ingenuity found throughout New Zealand.About the RoleAs Director, Museum Experience, you will join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the delivery of engaging, memorable visitor experiences across MOTAT's sites and digital platforms.

You will guide teams across public programmes, exhibitions, education, partnerships, and visitor services, ensuring all engagement aligns with our vision and strategic goals.You will ensure our collection informs and enriches every experience for our audience, while identifying new revenue streams and supporting financial sustainability in a challenging funding environment.
