Infrastructure & IT Operations

1. Lead management of Azure cloud resources, data centers, and on-premises virtualized servers, focusing on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
2. Design and implement resiliency strategies to ensure business continuity and meet SLAs.
3. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize infrastructure value.
4. Oversee hardware/software upgrades, balancing innovation and cost control.

Security & Compliance Management

1. Establish policies to protect infrastructure and sensitive data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, NIST.
2. Conduct assessments, patch management, and vulnerability scans to mitigate risks.
3. Prepare for audits, manage security incidents, and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
