Job summary

Qualifications

• An NQF level 7 qualification in Public Administration and Business Management is required.
• 5 years of experience at a middle/senior managerial level in anti-corruption and ethics environments.
• Understanding of international instruments and SADC agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of ethics and anti-corruption policies and frameworks within GCR.
• Develop guidelines and manuals to support Ethics policies and awareness programs.
• Monitor and evaluate processes to reduce fraud and corruption cases.
• Manage reports from ethics hotlines and forensic investigations by various agencies.
