Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading integrated communication across digital, visual and multimedia channels.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-impact campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of integrated communication strategies and programmes.
• Direct media buying, advertising and audience engagement across platforms.
• Oversee governance, performance and UX of the Gauteng Provincial Government website, CMS and SEO.
• Manage production of high-quality print and digital publications with editorial and branding standards.
• Provide strategic leadership for photography, videography and multimedia services for executive and public awareness initiatives.
• Drive internal comms to strengthen employee engagement and culture.
• Develop and implement communication policies, governance frameworks and SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Foster partnerships with internal/external stakeholders and manage resources in line with PFMA and regulations.
