Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead a team providing advisory and compliance services to family business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Utilise data and insights to support business owners' decision-making.
• Analyse complex ideas, developing meaningful recommendations.
• Develop insights on global trends and their local impacts.
• Facilitate consensus among diverse viewpoints to create positive outcomes.
• Coach team members, fostering personal development and ownership.
• Uphold ethical standards and business conduct.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Senior leadership experience in a similar role at Director level in an accounting and audit firm.
• Experience in accounting advisory assisting small to medium-sized businesses.
• Experience with tax compliance is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software like Xero.
• CA (SA).
• Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with global networks and tools.
• Ability to coach and develop junior team members.
