This role serves as the lead in the organization between the category / brand teams and commercial operating teams to communicate initiatives to bottlers and customer teams. The successful candidate should demonstrate relationship building and leadership capabilities while working across multiple channels.

Key Working Parameters

Focus, Scope, & Impact :

  • Implement commercial execution enablement & capability plans on V / RTM (and consumer) to support distribution expansion, in-outlet execution, and system capability for growing top-and bottom lines, using Value to Market (VTM) to reach the target consumers effectively.
  • Leverage understanding of execution levers to accelerate distribution, equipment management, salesforce effectiveness, out-of-stocks, and cost-to-serve optimization using RTM framework, thereby growing revenue and reducing costs.
  • Develop alternative "Value to Market" solutions to maximize brand availability and optimize revenue growth from targeted brands.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Value to Market Framework & tools, focusing on scalable, long-term deployable system solutions for KO and bottlers.
  • Evolve, scale, and integrate iRED with Segmented Execution; influence bottlers to expand iRED as a platform for category growth and competitive insights.
  • This role involves end-to-end system capability deployment, customized for different market contexts and bottler capabilities, in collaboration with Global C&CL and bottlers.

Key Success Parameters

Experience

  • 10+ years in leadership roles in commercial planning and execution, with expertise in RTM/VTM, innovation, and channel strategy.
  • Preferably with bottler commercial experience.
  • Thought leadership and ability to generate innovative strategies for market reach.
  • Deep knowledge of Coca-Cola system, including RTM, customer relations, bottler economics, and system tools.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and system management skills.

Work Focus

  • Proven RTM expertise and strategic thinking, with strong business analytics skills.
  • Ability to influence bottlers and secure investments in VTM capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills to drive cross-functional and cross-system alignment.
  • Understanding of system fundamentals, growth drivers, and commercial finance.
  • Leadership, collaboration, project management, and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Communication Focus

  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders and bottling partners.
  • Communicate market opportunities, VTM priorities, and plans to leadership and senior management.
  • Align VTM initiatives and strategies with bottler leadership.
