The successful candidate should demonstrate relationship building and leadership capabilities while working across multiple channels.
KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
- Implement commercial execution enablement & capability plans on V/RTM (and consumer) that support distribution expansion, in-outlet execution, and system capability for growing top-and bottom lines, using Value to Market (VTM) to determine the best approach to reach the consumer within the targeted occasion.
- Leverage understanding of all key execution levers to accelerate distribution, Equipment management, Salesforce effectiveness, Out-of-stocks & Cost-To-Serve Optimization using RTM framework (sense, shape, and service) to grow revenue and manage costs.
- Lead development of alternative “Value to Market” solutions to maximize brand availability and revenue growth from targeted brands.
- Oversee implementation of the Value to Market Framework & tools, focusing on scalable long-term solutions for KO and Bottlers.
- Develop, scale, and integrate iRED with Segmented Execution, influencing bottlers to improve and expand iRED as a platform for category growth.
- This role involves deploying a system capability end-to-end in collaboration with Global C&CL and bottlers, tailored to market context and bottler capability.
Key Success Parameters
Experience:
- 10+ years in leadership roles within Commercial planning and execution, with skills in RTM/VTM, Innovation, and Channel strategy.
- Preferably with Bottler commercial experience.
- Thought leadership in innovative business strategies and consumer reach.
- Deep knowledge of Coca-Cola system, RTM, customer influence, bottler economics, and system tools.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and system management skills.
Work Focus:
- Proven RTM expertise, strategic thinking, and business analytics skills.
- Ability to influence bottlers and invest in VTM capabilities for growth.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional and cross-system alignment.
- Understanding of system fundamentals and growth drivers across markets.
- Leadership, collaboration, project management, and negotiation skills for complex projects.
Communication Focus:
- Engage internal stakeholders and bottling partners.
- Communicate market opportunities and VTM initiatives to leadership and bottlers.
