Role Profile
Director, Commercial FRONTLINE
Key Working Parameters:
The key Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System in the market. Lead the integration of the Commercial Strategy & Levers into our End-to-End process, plans, and strategies within the Franchise to deliver joint System Value. Act as the key Commercial System protagonist and partner, driving strategic commercial thought leadership. Collaborate closely with Frontline Marketing to ensure commercial integration into marketing plans.
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Lead and drive the integrated Commercial agenda in the Franchise & Bottling system, ensuring End-to-End Integration. Build and develop the Commercial ABP for the Franchise, partnering with Franchise & Bottler to create detailed support plans. Prioritize Commercial priorities quarterly, ensure the right BBM model and pack architecture are in place, leveraging the "On Demand Hub" for impactful scenarios. Act as the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, representing challenges, opportunities, and capabilities. Recruit resources based on priorities from the "On Demand Hub" (e.g., Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM & Digital). Represent the Commercial Agenda in Group System Forums. Provide input and approval for Marketing Campaigns, ensuring integration into marketing plans. Contribute to Commercial Strategies (e.g., ABC of Execution, Affordability, Premium).
