  • We’re seeking a dynamic Director, Commercial Architecture to join our executive leadership team. This strategic role is pivotal in driving profitability, shaping commercial strategy, and ensuring client relevance through innovative deal structuring and governance. You’ll lead and inspire a team of senior commercial architects and managers, championing operational excellence and fostering a collaborative culture that thrives on precision, agility, and innovation.

Key responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the preparation of client proposals and commercial deals.
  • Ensure all offers comply with internal commercial policies and procedures.
  • Guide stakeholders in evaluating deal costs and structuring terms.
  • Oversee and enforce governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Advise sales teams on complex, high-value deal structuring and viability.
  • Drive implementation and oversight of approval workflows and matrices.
  • Review deal metrics regularly to monitor pricing strategies and compliance.
  • Develop innovative, risk-managed deal structures and offerings.
  • Mentor and coach the commercial team to improve contract execution.

  • Extensive experience working within a commercial or similar role, preferably within a global IT services organization.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, revenue recognition, and Salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and business strategy.
