Job description

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

We’re seeking an experienced Direct Sales Agent to focus on the following product suites: Business Internet LTE, Wireless, Wireless Air, and Fibre for business clients. The role involves expanding market acceptance of the brand, enhancing the company's sales output, and taking full accountability for assigned monthly targets set by the Regional Team Leader. The primary goal is to increase new sales through new business generation, promoting the company's new business solutions and technologies. The position emphasizes aggressive direct Business Internet sales and achieving defined targets. Please note that projects may change as per client requests from time to time.

Responsibilities of a Direct Sales Agent:
  1. Daily Feed Activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly direct Business Internet sales targets (Target: 25 per month).
  • Achieve an activity target of 20 visits per day to businesses, SMEs, or SOHOs, aligned with regional execution.
  • Maintain and update the daily, weekly, and monthly sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to increase the daily pipeline.
  • Participate in daily product training via Teams or on-site with the RTL.
  • Monitor and submit travel summaries daily for RTL approval.
  • Participate in daily and weekly feedback sessions with line management regarding activities and sales.
  • Ensure proper attire, uniform, and presentation as per guidelines.
  • Coordinate with RTL, Regional Manager, and Single Point of Contact on strategy.
  • Daily Reporting Tasks
    • Complete and submit the daily register and sales reports to the RTL.
    • Record competitor activities and field activities.
    • Address and resolve red flags as received.
    • Submit monthly travel logs with 100% accuracy to RTL.
    • Achieve a minimum of 25 approved Business Internet sales monthly, including at least 12 Wireless, Wireless Air, or Fibre sales to qualify for commission.
    • Facilitate orders and quotes, and expedite sales orders.
    • Organize one quality promotion per week in the defined area with the RTL.
