Job description

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

We are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Agent to focus on the following product suites: Business Internet LTE, Wireless, Wireless Air, and Fibre for business clients. The role involves expanding market acceptance of the brand, enhancing overall sales output, and taking full accountability for assigned monthly targets set by the Regional Team Leader.

The position emphasizes aggressive direct Business Internet sales and achieving defined targets. Project scope may change based on client requests from time to time.

Responsibilities:
Daily Feed Activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly direct Business Internet sales targets (target 25 per month).
  • Achieve an activity target of 20 visits per day to businesses, SMEs, or SOHOs.
  • Ensure the sales pipeline is updated daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to increase the daily pipeline.
  • Participate in daily product training via Teams or on-site with the RTL.
  • Monitor and submit travel summaries to the RTL for approval daily.
  • Conduct daily and weekly feedback sessions with line management regarding activities and sales.
  • Ensure proper attire, uniform, and presentation as per guidelines.
  • Coordinate with RTL, Regional Manager, and Single Point of Contact on strategy.
Daily Reporting Tasks
  • Complete and submit the daily sales register to the RTL.
  • Record competitor activity and field activities.
  • Resolve any red flags as received.
  • Submit monthly travel logs with 100% accuracy.
  • Achieve a minimum of 25 approved Business Internet sales per month, with at least 12 Wireless, Wireless Air, or Fibre sales to qualify for commission.
  • Facilitate orders and quotes to expedite sales processing.
  • Arrange at least one quality promotion per week in the defined area with the RTL.
