Job Purpose The role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational management of TIH's SharePoint-based intranet, supporting content owners and business partners in maintaining content quality, structure, and design.

Additionally, the role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and standards to ensure effective, engaging content aligned with business strategy.

The goal is to drive intranet adoption and usage by collaborating with stakeholders to deploy tools that enhance employee engagement across the organization.

Responsibilities Websites / Portals Maintenance and Update Design and oversee functionality, usability, and accessibility of portals / websites using content management tools and digital media.

Ensure functionality and efficiency of sites.

Create and manage web pages, document libraries, lists, and forms.

Manage SharePoint-hosted content, update website content, and review SEO.

Websites Design and Delivery Design, schedule, build, and deliver portals / websites to meet business and communication plans.

Create engaging, functional, and user-friendly websites.

Testing IT Performance Perform software tests, diagnose performance issues, and respond to user queries.

Debug pages, fix links / images, and ensure site functionality.

Website Maps and Templates Development Develop website maps, application models, and templates to meet user needs and standards.

Create and configure SharePoint components, assist with web asset collection.

Application Software Development Contribute to development and improvement of applications based on analysis.

Stakeholder Engagement Identify and respond to stakeholder needs, act as departmental liaison for intranet requests, and collaborate with product teams.

Personal Capability Building Participate in training and development activities, stay updated on technology and industry practices.

Compliance Review non-compliance issues, support site governance, and manage permissions.

Data Collection and Analysis Produce reports, monitor site traffic, analyze performance, and optimize system usage.

Digital Strategy / Transformational Projects Implement digital initiatives, contribute to strategy, and build dashboards for tracking results.

Project Management Manage small to medium projects, maintain project plans, and coordinate tasks to ensure timely delivery.
