A leading company in Johannesburg seeks a Digital Transformation Manager to develop and implement their digital strategy. The role involves optimizing business processes and managing digital transformation projects, requiring extensive project management experience and a strong background in IT. Responsible for developing, managing, monitoring and implementing the companys digital strategy in line with the organisational objectives and priorities. Determine when incremental process improvement is sufficient and when radical process reengineering is required, ensuring the optimal balance between innovation and business return on investment. Embed leading technology, business process optimisation, tools and metrics to drive sustained improvements in business performance.
