What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years in a digital transformation or similar role, with a proven track record of leading scalable change.
  • A degree in usbiness, engineering, IT, or computer science (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, applying Agile, SCRUM, or similar methodologies.
  • Stellar communication skills, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset.
  • A strong grasp of emerging tech trends and how to apply them for real-world value.
  • Bonus: Relationships with key vendors or SaaS suppliers.
