Salary: R 60 000,00 - R 80 000,00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Overview:

A rapidly expanding Fintech brand is seeking a senior-level Digital Transformation Manager to lead the company's digital strategy and roadmap. This is a full-time position for a change agent with a passion for leveraging technology to provide seamless experiences and positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a technophile who values relationships, performance, and purpose.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the company's digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead the transition to a digitally-enabled working culture by optimizing skills, processes, and tools.
  • Direct a team in delivering digital solutions and piloting new platforms effectively.
  • Prioritize the end customer's needs and ensure digital solutions enhance their experience.
  • Manage and motivate the team to ensure high performance and cohesion.
  • Oversee the digital implementation plan, making sure technology solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Promote the adoption of new digital tools and technologies across the organization.
  • Design and deliver training materials to help the team understand and use new systems.
  • Collaborate with the internal Procurement Team to negotiate deals with external vendors.
  • Foster a culture of digital innovation and stay updated with emerging tech trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital transformation or a similar role.
  • A recognized degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams, fostering innovation, and driving change.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, SCRUM, or other project management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
  • Extensive technological knowledge, a firm grasp of industry best practices, and a solid understanding of the overall technological landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in implementing and evaluating organizational digital solutions that added value to the organization.
