You are able to:
The achievement of the CAD CAM and any other Equipment Sales Budget in the assigned region, i.e., the region specific to your Director Inland & Sub Sahara Africa.
Year on Year Growth of CAD CAM sales within the assigned region.
The achievement of the Business Plan product unit mix in the assigned region.
The achievement of budgeted profitability of CAD CAM and any other equipment in the assigned region.
Plan, organize & control suitable CAD CAM events / programs. Support & train customers in terms of product operation together with Product Managers and/or Clinical trainers.
Cooperate with the local branch of the ISCD, i.e., SAACD, in training protocols and organization of CAD CAM & CBCT trainings for new users.
Organize and plan CAD CAM training programs. Assist with site inspections and project planning of customer premises and facilities. Visit Drs on site to provide "tips and tricks" plus support in relation to issues on using CEREC.
Train all salespeople in the use of ALL CAD CAM products at least once per quarter. Ensure a regular Sales Training Program for Dealers, Sales Managers, and Sales People. Support Drs telephonically and ensure all CEREC users are visited twice per year to ensure satisfaction and proper use of technology. Hand over new CERECs to Drs on installation, often with an engineer.
