Macmillan Education, part of Springer Nature, seeks a Digital Projects Lead to guide planning, coordination and delivery of digital projects across the business from initiation to closure.
You will work with internal teams, external providers and senior leaders to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality targets while supporting digital transformation. A strong organiser with stakeholder management will thrive in our hybrid Midrand/Johannesburg setup.

Macmillan Education is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Projects Lead to join our Digital Services team.
In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, delivery and reporting of digital projects and strategic initiatives across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional project teams, external service providers and business leaders to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
The role provides an opportunity to contribute to digital transformation and business improvement initiatives that support our strategic objectives and enhance the delivery of digital products and services.
We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative project professional who can manage multiple priorities, navigate complex stakeholder environments and use strong problem-solving skills to drive successful project outcomes.
