WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Project Manager/Product Owner with a proven track record in successfully delivering multiple Website and Mobile applications (iOS and/or Android). Ideally, you come from a software development agency environment, accustomed to a fast-paced setting and capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

You should have an in-depth understanding of the internet, knowing what enhances user experience. Experience working with teams of developers, creative designers, and testers is essential. You should be comfortable with technical discussions. CMS experience is a must, with familiarity in platforms like Umbraco, Optimizely, and WordPress being advantageous.

Our Head of Client Services will oversee your work and provide mentorship within our organization.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

• At least 4 years in a software development agency or similar environment
• Experience delivering projects such as:
• Full website redesigns and builds
• Mobile applications (iOS, Android, or both)

• Hands-on CMS experience with platforms like Umbraco, Optimizely, and WordPress
• Client interfacing and expectation management skills
• Proficiency in creating BRS, SOW, MS Project Plans
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Tracking sprint progress against timelines
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools like Atlassian JIRA
• Understanding of project scope and testing solutions
• Knowledge of website analytics, SEO, and development terminologies
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Passion for the online industry and digital trends

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Scoping – Analyzing and proposing solutions within SOWs, considering client needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Project Planning – Developing detailed project timelines and plans.
• Project Management – Overseeing mobile and web projects, managing client communication, and ensuring proper setup in JIRA.
• Budget Management – Assisting in cost estimation, variance tracking, and invoicing.
• Time Tracking & Reporting – Ensuring accurate time logging and providing progress reports.
• Testing / Quality – Reviewing designs, overseeing QA, and ensuring quality standards.
• Traffic & Risk Management – Managing project schedules and client expectations regarding scope changes.
• Documentation & R&D – Producing clear documentation and staying updated on latest technologies and best practices.
