3–5 years’ experience delivering digital projects in an agency setting (mandatory)

Proven track record managing website builds and digital campaigns end-to-end

Strong grasp of digital channels (CMS, eCommerce, SEO, paid media, UX / UI)

Confident client communicator with experience in account or client success roles

Skilled at planning, budgeting, and keeping projects on track

Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused

Understanding of digital product workflows and technical delivery
