We are looking for a:
Digital Project Manager
The Digital Project Manager coordinates various digital projects from briefing to delivery, including resource and time planning. A thorough understanding of (and appreciation for) UX/UI, Development, SEO and Data is required to fulfil this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with capability leads in ensuring that project objectives are defined and clear, and team capabilities and skills are engaged successfully to achieve objectives.
- Resource Forecasting - Plan accurate resource forecast based on an objective view of the current and future project pipeline.
- Project Spend Reporting - Understands how project success impacts on margin. Can partner with the account and product management team to course correct overspend. Applies change management process within projects to drive efficiencies.
- Post Project Analysis - Partners with leads on analysis of the total project budget against the total project cost (based on timesheet hours) ensures that all learnings form part of future briefs.
- Staff Forecasting - Forecasting the resources needed to staff a portfolio. Ensuring that the skill set, and experience matches requirement
- Presenting - Capability of clearly presenting thoughts, ideas, structure, and form, both verbally and visually.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate would have the following background:
- Digital PM experience with exposure to Development (A Must)
- Ability to accurately scope out new projects: breaking down deliverables and requirements, structuring the projects, identifying correct resources, putting together costs/time. (PM tool experience with Smartsheets, Workbook, Trello, Asana and Jira)
- Ability to schedule, track and prioritise the work correctly with critical deadlines and milestones.
- Tracking project spend, burn rate and resource capacity.
- Can deal with any day-to-day issues but still able to have a bigger picture view of project portfolios.
- Flagging any risk upfront and solving any blockages.
- Liaising with product management and account management to ensure all deliverables are met and budgets are adhered too.
- Ability to keep a team motivated and moving forward.
