      Our client is a leading travel and lifestyle content marketing agency producing high-quality editorial across print, web, and mobile platforms. Known for its creative agility and fast-paced environment, the agency offers a dynamic space to grow within a compact but highly skilled production and editorial team. The company champions multi-platform storytelling and innovation in both traditional and digital publishing formats.

      The Role: Production Controller
      This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for overseeing the full production lifecycle of creative content. As Production Controller, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating print and digital production processes, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple formats and platforms.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Coordinate production workflows across print, web, newsletters, and mobile formats
      • Manage timelines and liaise with editorial, sales, clients, and printers
      • Chase and manage client-supplied content, including copy and advertising assets
      • Create and pre-flight PDFs for final print and digital delivery
      • Approve content through online printer systems and ensure all specifications are met
      • Contribute to layout and design tasks, including adverts, HTML mailers, and digital content
      • Oversee production elements of national press bookings across major media titles
      • Assist with the creation of media packs, marketing collateral, and new project launches

      About You

      • 2+ years experience in a similar production or editorial role
      • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) on Mac OS
      • Comfortable working under pressure in a small but fast-paced team
      • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS; familiarity with WordPress is an advantage
      • Bonus points for experience with: Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Asana, After Effects, XMF, or digital magazine platforms
      • Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to deadlines
      • Positive attitude, team player, and proactive problem-solver
