Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Business Analyst or digital product-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience in business analytics, requirements analysis and process improvement.
• Experience in system design, enhancements and continuous delivery through DevOps practices.
• Understanding of business operations, systems thinking and team dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the direction, priorities and backlog of digital products and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and delivery artefacts (epics, user stories, features, requirements).
• Translate business needs and objectives into actionable initiatives for technical teams.
• Collaborate with CIO, Scrum Master and technical teams to align objectives and outcomes.
• Lead initiatives across the product lifecycle from requirements to adoption.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Promote Agile and DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce risk and maximise value through technology.
• Ensure digital solutions align with the organisation's strategic vision.
