We are seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join our production team.

The purpose of the Digital Press Operator is to support the plant's goals by efficiently operating a digital press, printing labels to specification, and maintaining consistent quality.

The Role

In this role, you will:

• Operate a digital printing machine to complete client orders according to our customer service standards, targets, and timeframes.
• Manage the printing process on an HP Indigo web press to meet quality standards.
• Achieve a KPI target of 100% Material and Labour Conversions with a cost-effective approach.
• Perform preventative maintenance with a focus on safety.
• Check components and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain quality assurance records and adhere to quality standards.
• Train and coordinate duties with Assistant Printers.

Requirements to Succeed

• Experience with HP Indigo Digital printing technology.
• HP Level 1 training is an advantage.
• Experience with high-embellished labels is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset.
• Willingness to work overtime and shifts.
• Positive team player with a 'Can Do' attitude.
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
