Job Description Summary : The Media Development Expert is responsible for developing and deploying best practices for media experiences, specifically for global clients.

The role bridges Strategy and Activation, translating strategic plans into effective Media Experiences for global clients.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to champion Havas' unique approach for global clients to 'media planning +' through Mx, emphasizing media experience over traditional media planning, including connection, context, and content.
  • Lead Mx excellence and design optimal Mx guidelines for global clients across Havas countries.
  • Collaborate closely with data, strategy, client leadership, and specialist teams.
  • Build relationships with creative/content stakeholders and key media owners to ensure innovative Mx recommendations.
  • Ensure optimal Mx delivery in liaised countries, respecting internal processes for local implementation.
  • Manage audience planning and data integration from Mx brief to measurement.
  • Maintain quality control on plan recommendations against Mx delivery.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction.

Experience & Industry Background : 8+ years of professional experience in strategic planning, media, and branding.

Qualifications & Languages : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.

Soft Skills & Competencies : Managing execution, authenticity, flexibility, adaptability, media planning, Mx expertise, knowledge of partners/suppliers, advanced programmatic skills, OSEP, technical skills in media planning tools, advertising technologies, business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Datorama), office software.
