We are seeking a skilled and analytical Digital Media Strategist for a one-year fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert with a passion for data, trends, and audience behavior. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multi-channel campaign management, and have a proven ability to drive engagement and ROI.

What Will You Do :

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives, optimizing customer experiences across digital touchpoints.
  2. Market Research & Consumer Insights : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and use analytics to craft targeted messaging.
  3. Multi-Channel Campaign Management : Oversee campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and email marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  4. Performance Analysis & Optimization : Use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager to monitor KPIs and make data-driven adjustments for better results.
  5. Collaboration & Team Coordination : Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  6. Budget Management : Manage advertising budgets, allocating funds based on performance to maximize ROI.
  7. Reporting & Insights Presentation : Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

What Will You Need :

  1. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in digital marketing or media strategy.
  2. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and data visualization tools.
  3. Analytical Mindset : Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  4. Communication : Excellent presentation and reporting skills with a clear ability to convey insights.
