Responsible for implementation, tracking, measurement, and buying alignment of online marketing campaigns, on time and within budget - based on campaign strategy and KPIs.
Responsibilities- Ensure the effective operational management of all digital media campaigns in your portfolio.
- Drive campaign management deliverables, acting as a conduit between strategy, campaign management, and creative agency’s production team.
- Be fully accountable for all digital implementation requirements.
Implementation Plans- Build implementation plans aligned with strategic requirements and KPIs.
- Maintain and update plans regularly based on client, creative, and media optimization changes.
- Ensure digital media plans align with overarching lay-downs or live planning tools.
- Flag discrepancies immediately, whether in creative, budget, timing, or KPIs.
- Plan and load bookings using Publicis Starscape (training provided).
Campaign Management and AdOps Alignment- Brief implementation plans into PowerHub for real-time execution (training provided).
- Monitor daily performance and spend to prevent over- or under-spending.
- Instruct implementation changes to adapt to client needs and optimize campaigns.
- Manage proof of flighting, including delivering screenshots within 24 hours of going live.
- Suggest optimizations for better campaign performance.
- Strive to increase ROI and maximize campaign performance continually.
Tracking, Tagging & Taxonomy- Request tracking tags timely to avoid go-live delays.
- Perform QA testing on all campaigns.
- Implement taxonomy correctly as per brand requirements.
- Ensure proper tagging is in place.
Creative Agency Alignment- Send chase lists to creative agencies as per implementation plans.
- Follow up for delivery of creative elements.
- Flag delays affecting go-live or pacing.
- Ensure creative assets are delivered on time, on brief, and meet quality standards.
- Pre-check assets and communicate issues within 4 hours.
Strategy Alignment- Align on strategy and deliverables before building plans.
- Provide regular feedback on campaign performance in line with strategy.
Post & Interim Campaign Reports- Deliver interim and post-campaign reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper formatting.
- Include benchmarks and all required information.
Buying & Billing Alignment- Collect all invoices.
- Check flow-plan actualization.
- Send billing packs and revised CE’s to buyers.
Other Reporting- Track weekly spend and creative delivery.
- Prepare weekly optimization reports and insights.
- Provide recommendations for improvement.
- Handle regional requests and contribute to close-out reports.
QualificationsExperienced in cross-platform campaign management and implementation planning. Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
