THE ROLE

As our Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll architect and manage innovative, full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital channels. From lead generation to nurturing, optimization, and performance tracking — you'll drive results that make a measurable impact. This role sits at the intersection of data and creativity, strategy and execution, collaboration and leadership.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Content, Design, and the CMO to create marketing initiatives that scale and convert. If you're passionate about combining storytelling with strategy — and love optimizing for growth — this is your opportunity to lead the charge.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Strategy & Planning
    • Own the development and execution of end-to-end digital marketing strategies that support revenue and lead-generation goals.
    • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving digital channels to continuously enhance performance.
    • Collaborate on quarterly and annual planning with leadership.
  2. Campaign Management
    • Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and web.
    • Manage ad spend and improve conversions across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
    • Build email nurturing sequences with automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  3. Performance & Reporting
    • Track and report on KPIs across traffic, lead generation, cost per lead, and conversion.
    • Present actionable insights and marketing ROI to leadership regularly.
    • Audit and refine campaign assets and marketing funnels for better efficiency.
  4. Collaboration & Innovation
    • Work closely with Sales to align strategies and ensure consistent lead quality.
    • Partner with internal and external creatives to deliver strong content across all touchpoints.
    • Support adoption and optimization of tools like CRM, landing pages, heatmaps, and analytics platforms.

In this role, you’ll contribute directly to our company’s growth goals by driving qualified traffic, improving conversion rates across campaigns, and optimizing lead generation strategies — all while balancing performance, cost-efficiency, and audience engagement.

WHAT YOU BRING

  1. Experience & Skills
    • 4+ years in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or high-growth environments.
    • Proven success in executing lead-gen campaigns and improving CPL/CTR/ROI metrics.
    • Deep understanding of CRM systems (Go High Level, HubSpot, etc.), marketing automation, and paid media strategy.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), SEO/SEM, and A/B testing.

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

  • PC Specifications: Intel Core i5 or greater, 8GB RAM or greater, Noise-canceling headset with mic, HD web camera.
  • Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection with at least 25Mbps upload & 25Mbps download speed.
