We're Hiring: Google & YouTube PPC Specialist

  • Location: Sandton Hybrid Role
  • Start Date: Immediately |
  • Salary: R20,500 R45,500 (Experience Dependent)

Are you a click-sorcerer, a CPA whisperer, a Google & YouTube ads beast who makes algorithms beg for mercy?

We're on the hunt for a paid media specialist who knows their way around Google Search, Display, YouTube, and more. Someone who's not just good with ads but lives and breathes performance marketing.

Job duties:

  • Leading client campaigns across multiple channels, including:
  • Planning, launching, managing, and scaling Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns
  • Working across Amazon, Pinterest, and Native Ads platforms
  • Monitoring performance, optimizing regularly, and delivering insights that drive action
  • Preparing clear, compelling reports for internal teams and client presentations

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of agency experience in a PPC or digital ads role
  • Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, and key marketing metrics
  • Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and Google Analytics
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Clear, confident, and authentic communicator
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Bonus: Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
