Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across all digital media channels.
- Develop and devise optimal digital measurement metrics and plans across all projects.
- Provide input into the design and improvements of the UI/UX elements of our websites and administer these websites and publish content.
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and/or effectiveness for existing programs and campaigns.
- Create both written and visual content across channels and work with our designers, copywriters, and content specialists to create targeted content tailored to each platform, audience, and goal.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and suggest and implement improvements to optimize these using analytics tools to identify opportunities to reach our business and marketing goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, etc., to communicate results and analyze campaign outcomes, ROI, and KPIs.
- Search engine optimization (SEO) – advanced knowledge of SEO and the ability to create and effectively manage organic search campaigns based on specific objectives.
- Pay-per-click Advertising (PPC) – deliver profitable PPC campaigns that meet specific objectives and deliver ROI across multiple ad networks, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social advertising.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – use CRO to optimize marketing funnels, improve campaign performance, and enhance landing page conversion rates/reduce bounce rates.
- Data Analysis – use data analytics to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide insights for data-driven decisions.
- Email Marketing – design email campaigns and newsletters to engage target audiences and retarget/remarket where relevant.
- Social Media Marketing – grow high-quality followers and improve engagement across main social channels, including industry-specific platforms.
- Digital PR – develop and increase online presence through backlink generation, press releases, guest posting, and other initiatives.
- Website CMS – experience with website content management systems, especially WordPress.
- HTML & CSS experience is advantageous for making website changes, customizing content, designing landing pages, and updating metadata.
