Une entreprise en pleine expansion recherche un Spécialiste en Marketing Numérique pour gérer et optimiser des campagnes à travers diverses plateformes. Vous aurez un rôle clé dans l'analyse des résultats des campagnes numériques et contribuerez aux décisions stratégiques. Avec un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience et une solide compréhension des canaux B2C, vous aiderez à transformer les efforts de marketing en résultats concrets pour l'entreprise.
About the Role : As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take the lead on planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, and third-party remarketing channels.
You will work closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies to align creative strategies, drive performance, and support both retail and e-commerce initiatives.
Youll also play a key role in analyzing campaign results, refining digital tactics, supporting strategic decisions, and managing the day-to-day administration of digital marketing efforts.
Minimum Requirements : BCom in Marketing Management or a related Commerce degree At least 5 years experience in a similar role Proven experience in B2C marketing and international markets Hands-on experience in managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, and e-commerce channels Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager (advantageous), and digital performance reporting Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud Intelligence Strong understanding of digital KPIs, target audiences, and conversion tracking Familiarity with TV streaming platforms and e-commerce journey optimization (desirable) Excellent communication and analytical skills Key Responsibilities : Digital Campaign Management Lead campaign strategy, creation, and implementation across multiple platforms Manage creative and copy briefs for all digital campaigns and new platforms Collaborate with agencies and platform experts to refine targeting and improve campaign outcomes Monitor, report, and optimize campaigns regularly based on performance insights E-commerce Support Support seamless customer journeys across owned platforms Work with internal teams to improve website conversion rates through digital strategies Data Analysis & Reporting Create monthly performance reports and assist with dashboard development Ensure accurate conversion tracking and collaborate with BI teams for continuous optimization Strategic Input Contribute to marketing strategy through market, competitor, and performance insights Perform regular competitor analyses and stay updated on industry trends Support strategic business projects and digital expansion opportunities General Administration Maintain digital marketing documentation and ad account organization Assist the marketing team with general administrative tasks
