Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Research and implement SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
- Review the content calendar and ensure timely publication.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions.
- Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Segment email lists and personalise communications for targeted marketing efforts.
- Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the marketing team.
- Work closely with the current digital marketer to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
- Serve as the point of contact for digital marketing in the current marketer's absence, ensuring continuity of key tasks.
- Support and collaborate with other team members on various marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing and allocating the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
