Job description

A leader in the ICT services sector is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a pivotal role within the marketing team, responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and analytical skills to design, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

POSITION INFO :

Duties will include but not be limited to :

Planning, implementation, and optimisation of marketing activities that support the company’s outbound and inbound lead generation efforts :

  • Integrated marketing campaigns across all digital touch points in an effort to support brand, revenue and growth goals

Implementation and optimisation of :

  • Google advertising campaigns
  • Organic and paid social media posting and advertising
  • Effective on-site and off-site Search Engine optimisation (SEO) strategies with a strong emphasis on a mobile-first user experience
  • Email campaigns offering high quality educational content with the goal of generating new leads

Corporate websites :

  • Using analytics to inform content and structure updates
  • Analyse digital data & website analytics to draw key recommendations around website optimisation and digital marketing campaigns

Social media :

  • Community management for corporate and executive social media accounts
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms

Outbound & Inbound digital lead generation :

  • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales and solutions teams to create, plan and implement online marketing campaigns

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related role, demonstrating a track record of successful digital campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing channels including SEO / SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Experience / Certifications in WordPress, SEMRush, Google Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X and YouTube
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software
