Job description
Delaire Graff Estate is looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to support and assist the Head of Marketing, and to help manage all Digital Marketing and communication concerns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content creation & copy editing: Writing, reviewing, editing and updating all marketing content of the Estate; Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional material; Bringing creativity and inspiration to propose future content for the property.
Digital: Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms; Schedule content in line with global engagement strategies; Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content; Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints and to promote company initiatives; Monitor social media and company website metrics; Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles; Measure web traffic to content (e.g., conversion and bounce rates); Develop creative and engaging social media content; Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels; Oversee, plan schedule and deliver content across different platforms; Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms; Develop, launch and manage campaigns that promote our organization and brand; Form key relationships with agreed influencers across the social media platforms; Undertake audience research; Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions; Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights; Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques.
Design: Creation of collateral (including, but not limited to, graphic design, logos, brochures, estate advertisements and press releases using InDesign); Liaise with external design and print houses where necessary to ensure production deadlines are met; Liaising with all departments to execute their design needs.
Communication & Administrative Support: Coordination and management of all Printed Collateral across the Estate; Distribution within departments; Monthly Stock Take to ensure levels are maintained; Quotes from relevant companies and orders (Pivotpress); Coordination of Press Clippings and features administration including media database; Coordination and supervision of Estate photo and video shoots; Assist with all communication between the local tourism offices, press offices and partner organizations where required; Organizing and collating information of the Estate and retail brands for media requests; Provide support and guidance with regards to brand guidelines, content updates, website updates, collateral updates to all Estate departments; Create & update Estate databases; Make up "Media Bags" when required marketing collateral; Managing the Marketing & PR diary; Assist the Manager with any other needs or requests they may have.
Main Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Marketing / Advertising, or equivalent.
Preferably 1-2 years previous experience in similar role.
Previous design experience.
Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Active on social media.
Knowledge of CMS.
Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.
Highly organized.
Strong computer literacy.
Project management experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of web analytics.
Strong presentation skills.
Must be proficient with the English language.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments.
