Remuneration: R25 - 30 000 per month negotiable depending on skill and brilliance

Job Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing and optimising various online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative skills, and technical know-how in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Google Ads & Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive consistent lead generation. Troubleshoot any fluctuations in performance and ensure maximum ROI.
  2. SEO Strategy & Execution: Manage all aspects of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, as well as local and international SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
  3. Marketing Material Creation: Design and edit high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to support brand initiatives, campaigns, and promotions.
  4. Email Marketing & Database Management: Develop and execute high-performance email campaigns using MailChimp, ensuring a clean, engaged database by regularly removing inactive or bad emails.
  5. Google Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Analyse website and ad performance data, identify trends, and implement actionable SEO optimisations based on insights.
  6. Brand Management: Maintain a consistent and impactful brand presence across all digital marketing channels.
  7. Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track, report, and provide actionable insights on Google Ads and SEO performance, ensuring the success and growth of campaigns.
  8. Website & Content Management: Proficient in WordPress and Divi Builder, including the ability to create blogs, new pages, and manage website content effectively.
  9. Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms, ensuring prompt and professional engagement to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  10. Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with clients on social media platforms, responding to comments and questions to enhance brand interaction.
  11. Marketing Material Procurement: Oversee the ordering of new marketing materials, ensuring that all promotional items are in line with brand standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Proven experience (2-3 years) in Google Ads, lead generation, and digital performance marketing.
  2. Strong knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page, local, and international).
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for marketing material creation.
  4. Hands-on experience with MailChimp and email marketing best practices.
  5. Deep understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  6. Full proficiency in WordPress and Divi Builder for website management.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot performance issues in real-time.
  8. Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  9. Highly tech-savvy with a strong grasp of digital tools and trends.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
