Job Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing and optimising various online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative skills, and technical know-how in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads & Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive consistent lead generation. Troubleshoot any fluctuations in performance and ensure maximum ROI.
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Manage all aspects of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, as well as local and international SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Marketing Material Creation: Design and edit high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to support brand initiatives, campaigns, and promotions.
- Email Marketing & Database Management: Develop and execute high-performance email campaigns using MailChimp, ensuring a clean, engaged database by regularly removing inactive or bad emails.
- Google Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Analyse website and ad performance data, identify trends, and implement actionable SEO optimisations based on insights.
- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent and impactful brand presence across all digital marketing channels.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track, report, and provide actionable insights on Google Ads and SEO performance, ensuring the success and growth of campaigns.
- Website & Content Management: Proficient in WordPress and Divi Builder, including the ability to create blogs, new pages, and manage website content effectively.
- Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms, ensuring prompt and professional engagement to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with clients on social media platforms, responding to comments and questions to enhance brand interaction.
- Marketing Material Procurement: Oversee the ordering of new marketing materials, ensuring that all promotional items are in line with brand standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in Google Ads, lead generation, and digital performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page, local, and international).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for marketing material creation.
- Hands-on experience with MailChimp and email marketing best practices.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Full proficiency in WordPress and Divi Builder for website management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot performance issues in real-time.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Highly tech-savvy with a strong grasp of digital tools and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
