What You’ll Own & Drive:

  • SEO & SEM Strategy: Build and execute powerful SEO and paid search strategies that drive traffic and improve rankings.
  • Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end process—Google Ads, Meta campaigns, display media, and more. Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting like a boss.
  • Email & Data-Driven Marketing: Run targeted email campaigns and manage CRM data to drive nurture and conversion at every touchpoint.
  • Innovation & Testing: Bring ideas to the table. Pilot new tactics, test conversion strategies, and evolve what works.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with design, dev, and external partners to deliver high-impact, user-centric digital experiences.
  • Leadership: Be a voice of insight and inspiration, influencing both strategy and day-to-day execution.

Who You Are:

  • A digital strategist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in campaign management and performance marketing.
  • Gritty, focused, and laser-sharp when it comes to execution and optimization.
  • Obsessed with ROI, analytics, and smart budget allocation.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple brands and channels with composure and control.
  • A natural collaborator and clear communicator, with leadership potential.
  • Hungry to grow, and ready to contribute to a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Deliver 95%+ of campaign content on time
  • Drive 15%+ growth in social engagement
  • Generate increase in qualified organic leads MOM
  • Submit 100% of campaign briefs & reports on time
  • Launch 1 new digital skill or tactic monthly
  • Integrate 2+ market insights into campaigns monthly
  • Ensure 100% readiness of materials pre-launch of campaigns
  • Improve cost per acquisition while staying within budget
  • Use analytics to refine strategy & boost ROI
