This award-winning precinct comprises bespoke retail, commercial office space, luxury apartments, five-star hotels & conferencing. We are currently seeking a competent and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join the Melrose Arch team and take charge of our digital presence and strategy.
Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase traffic across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Website & Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's website and all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, updated content, and optimal user engagement.
- Content Strategy & Development: Work closely with copywriters and designers to create high-quality, engaging, and informative digital content.
- Social Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to drive engagement, increase following, and promote events and retail offerings.
- Influencer & Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key stakeholders to enhance online visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- SEO & Lead Generation: Implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic. Develop lead generation tactics to increase conversions.
- Market Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies to keep Melrose Arch ahead of competitors.
- Advertising & Budget Management: Manage digital advertising campaigns, optimise spend, and ensure ROI-driven marketing efforts.
Core Requirements
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Digital Expertise: In-depth understanding of SEO, lead generation, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and web traffic metrics.
- Content Collaboration: Ability to work with copywriters and designers to create compelling and visually appealing content.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to measure performance, generate insights, and refine strategies.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies to enhance brand engagement.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Bonus skills: Strong writing skills and proficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) will be a strong advantage. Experience in commercial retail marketing.
