The Digital Marketing Lead will join a new marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

You will drive demand generation, brand awareness, and customer growth across multiple channels, playing a key role in meeting acquisition and retention goals.

About The Role

You will be responsible for executing and refining the company's digital strategy, managing channels such as website, social media, email, webinars, and paid media.

Your focus will be on measurable outcomes, collaborating with sales, account management, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize all digital channels including website, email, social media, search, online advertising, and content platforms.

Lead the execution of integrated campaigns to generate inbound leads, support outbound initiatives, and increase brand visibility.

Analyze data to inform decisions, track performance, and propose improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams for product launches, success stories, and targeted campaigns.

Create high-quality digital content aligned with brand messaging.

Support customer marketing initiatives to drive upsell and retention.

Manage external vendors and platforms to maximize ROI.

Contribute to thought leadership and innovation within the team.

Requirements

5+ years in B2B digital marketing, preferably in SaaS.

Experience with demand generation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CMS).

Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.

Experience in fintech or marketing to finance professionals is a plus but not essential.
