Job description

We are looking for a digital marketing lead who will be responsible for planning and supporting the country's digital strategy (with inputs from digital head & marketing head) for the country along with execution around digital platform content plan campaigns insighting and measuring ROI and effectiveness of digital plans.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that Dr Reddys global digital marketing plans are executed effectively and efficiently in South Africa. This involves working closely with the marketing team and Digital Centre of Excellence (COE) to have a strategic focus and integrated campaigns that complement overall Physical activities and customer delight.
  • You will need to tailor messaging content and multichannel strategies as necessary to accommodate business needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage internal and external platforms effectively will also be part of your role including forming partnerships with strategy content digital events and external partners and understanding current industry trends to leverage them on these platforms.
  • You will work with partners of the company aimed at developing resources monitoring their development and ensuring updates and improvements are made on time.
  • You will prepare engagement plans for digital platforms increase quality engagement and work with third-party platforms for digital ads and promotions.
  • Crucial aspect of your role will be managing the annual budget with regular monitoring and review of spends as well as effectively maximizing ROI of marketing activities by reporting on their success and using data to make decisions.
  • You will also need to analyse campaign performance by working with the in-house analytics team and agency tools incorporating required tools pixels and codes to capture customer insights and data.
  • Your responsibilities include transforming product strategy into a content plan designing and developing content (such as webinars / virtual events) relevant to healthcare professionals interests and needs and managing the content plan with external partners / internal teams.
  • You will create digital creatives or creative assets suitable for digital platforms perform A / B testing of creatives for desired results.
  • You will utilize the full marketing mix to plan and execute demand generation marketing campaigns that drive awareness interest and consideration.
  • You will manage digital and social media strategy campaigns programs and toolkits deliver necessary marketing analytics support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development measure and share learnings and achieve website metrics and Brand digital KPIs.
  • Your responsibilities include ensuring that the digital content and campaigns plan aligns with country regulations FCPA norms and suggestions from the central compliance team and running web surveys for customer insights and development of relevant customized content for target customers to improve customer engagement.
  • You will prepare the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plan for the year and manage the CRM tools and required integrations with the national sales lead.

Qualifications :

Educational qualification and experience :

A graduate in marketing or specialized digital courses

5 years of experience in digital marketing arena. Agency experience essential

Skills & attributes :

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing Search Marketing SEO Social Media Google Analytics and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML Ecommerce and technology preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing practices and principles impact of digital activities and SFE practices.
